hackWHS II is the second 12-hour hackathon at Westfield High School on December 8th, 2018. Whether you're interested in computer science, electrical engineering, or philosophy, hackWHS II is a great environment to learn, challenge yourself, and change the world.
Until hackWHS II Begins!
As MLH describes it, a hackathon is an "invention marathon". Whether you want to work with a programming language or hardware, a hackathon is a great place to create, test, and learn!
Registration is open for all high school students. If you're a middle school student, you are allowed to register if you are accompanied by a high school student. No experience is required.
That's fine, hackWHS great for first-time hackers, with on-site workshops where you will learn everything you need to know!
Nothing! hackWHS is completely free to all participants. While you're here, you'll get free food and free stuff.
Bring your laptop, phone, chargers, and excitement about learning new things!
Nope! We encourage you to meet new students during team formation at the beginning of the event. We recommend teams of 4 students.
Sorry, we're currently unable to provide travel reimbursement.
